Administration Assistant
Salary: £12,000 - £14,000
Location: Bristol

Responsibilities:
? Filing of client correspondence and working papers
? Carry out general photocopying, binding, sending faxes and data input
? Typing of correspondence, faxes, memos and invoices
? Organising, printing and sending out marketing mailings
? Undertaking franking of post on a daily basis
? Assisting with the opening of incoming post
? Archiving files ensuring they are correctly labeled and dispatched
? General Administration and support duties for the office
Skills:
? Experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Lotus Notes is an advantage but training will be given
? Positive, enthusiastic attitude and good communication skills
? Previous office experience would be beneficial
? Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of tasks
