Senior Associate / Assistant Manager Corporate Tax
Location: Bristol
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Duties Responsibilities:
The role is varied involving a range of tax aspects including M&A, transfer pricing, entrepreneurial work and corporate tax planning
Provide advice regarding tax technical issues, involving transfer pricing and M&A transactions
Involved in technical research
Calculation of tax provisions for inclusion in financial statements
Corporation tax planning and advice
Assisting with cross border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and international tax advice
Skills:
The desire to study or be holding the ACA/ATT qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience
Experience of advising clients on UK corporate tax issues
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
