Commercial Account Executive
Salary: £Negotiable + Commission
Location: Cardiff
Our client is an up and coming Commercial Insurance Brokerage with big expansion plans within the South Wales Insurance market. As a result of rapid growth my client needs a Commercial Account Executive who can continue to develop a portfolio of clients across South Wales, as well as identify and target potential introducers that can supply networks of potential clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that will undoubtedly become a big player in the South Wales market over the coming years.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and retain existing clients over the long term through active client management
Build an effective network with insurers and clients
Follow up on leads provided by the network introducer
Proactively manage, create and follow through prospects to create a pipeline of prospective new clients
Build strong positive working relationships with clients
Develop strong relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
Skills
Experience within Commercial Insurance Broking with proven business development skills
Previous experience within a client facing development role with a track record in delivering sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
