This large regional firm, acting on behalf of wide variety of clients is keen to make a strategic appointment of an addition of a solicitor/ILEX/paralegal fee earner to its team. Undertaking a mix of both contentious and non-contentious work, the ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years experience of advising varied clients on all aspects of employment law including tribunal preparation and representation, disciplinary, grievance, policies and procedures, TUPE, redundancy and restructuring exercises, discrimination and dismissals, compromise agreements, executive severance, corporate support and more.
