Salary: up to £23,000

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Personal Injury Claims handler to advance their career. Our client is major Legal firm that works on behalf of Insurance Companies on defendant cases. You will receive comprehensive training on File management, Negotiating and have access to in-house training programmes.

Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload from interception to settlement via investigations and negotiation so strong communication skills are essential
Making an early admission of liability (if appropriate)
To provide customers with a quality service by using appropriate means of communication that is timely, meaningful and effective
To limit claims spend by only paying claims having established a legal liability

Skills:
Ideally you will have had up to 12 months experience working in either a pre-litigated or small claims Personal Injury team
Alternatively you will have at least 12 months experience of working for an insurance company dealing directly clients and their claims
Good I.T Skills
GCSE in Mathematics and English or equivalent
