Administrative Assistant
Location: Bristol
Salary: £16,000 - £20,000
This is a Brilliant opportunity to join a leading Accountancy firm based in Bristol.
The role involves assisting the tax and medical department with general Administrative duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
Audio and copy typing of letters, file notes and reports
Dealing with outgoing post and Mail merges and Medical Services mailings
Maintaining the tax library and Preparing completed tax returns and covering letters for submission to client
Submission of tax returns by FBI
Assisting with the billing process, setting up and finalising bills
Administration of the fee protection service
Logging CT and enquiry correspondence into the monitoring systems
Dealing with new and lost client forms and letters
Collection and despatch of DX items daily
Ad-hoc Duties, including, Logging client cheque receipts for Guildford
Dealing with NIC deferral re-applications
Logging documents into and out of the safe
Printing out and distributing Pertax exception reports for monitoring the progress on tax returns
Photocopying tax articles and circulating
Dealing with NLA post and Rolling forward and updating standard letters
Updating CMS, Filing, Binding reports, Maintaining stock of postage stamps and Updating staff holiday planner

Have previous experience in an administrative role desirable
Able to communicate with clients, contacts and staff at all levels
Have worked in a professional services firm would be an advantage though not essential
Educated to GCSE standard, English grade C or above, A Levels preferable
