Duties and Responsibilities:
Dealing with large limited company accounts and audits and large professional partnership accounts, together with corporate tax, capital gains tax and income tax computations
Manage business, financial and controls risk
Enhance financial management, assist with corporate transactions
Assist with corporate transactions
Enhance shareholder value and prove competitiveness
Help clients plan for legislation and regulations that may affect their operations
Provide attest and attest related services
Skills:
A strong academic background with sound written and communication skills
Smart with excellent communications skills and The ability to build good client relationships and provide a consultancy service to clients
Reliable, flexible and conscientious
Willingness to travel and Enthusiasm and ambition
Software Experience
Must have good working knowledge of all MS Office applications
Knowledge of Viztopia would be advantageous
