Corporate Tax Assistant Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Accountancy firm who offer excellent Training and Benefits. They are currently seeking a Assistant Manager for their Corporate Tax Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing letters and computations prepared by other members of staff and liaising with HMRC on queries into tax returns
In addition you will provide tax advice to partners and clients including, Structures Company, LLP, Restructuring, property acquisitions, disposals, group tax planning, transfer pricing and share schemes
Skills:
You will need to have a good basic knowledge of UK corporation tax and relevant corporate tax work experience
Experience of a professional services environment or dealing with HMRC
Previous experience of managing a client portfolio including groups is essential and you will have prior involvement in the provision of advisory work
You will need to be client facing, show willingness to work as part of a team and be able to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills are essential and working with a client base drawn primarily from the Financial Services sector including general insurance companies, Lloyd's Corporate Vehicles, Managing Agents, Brokers and Hedge Fund Managers
