Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Bristol
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Our client currently has a vacancy for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. Your role is to provide effective legal advice to clients of the firm in relation to their Personal Injury and Uninsured Losses arising from Road Traffic accidents.
Responsibilities:
Advising the client on best courses of action within the law
Dealing with RTA only cases through Legal Expenses Insurers
Keeping clients and the insurance company informed of progress
Making informed decisions with regards to quantum/liability
Assist junior members of the team
Skills:
Excellent Negotiation Skills
Knowledge of CPR and Personal Injury protocol is beneficial
Experience of running own Personal Injury caseload and knowledge of insurance litigation would be beneficial.
Law Degree or ILEX and A level Law or Equivalent
