Motor Claims Negotiator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £16,000 - £19,000 + Benefits + Company Car
A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual with Motor Claims experience to join one of the UK's leading Accident Management companies as a Motor Claims Negotiator. Your role within the team will be to handle Motor Claims from Inception through to settlement
You will be provided with excellent benefits and the opportunity to develop your career with more responsibilities with a view to mentoring junior members of the team.
Responsibilities:
To manage the status and progress of an assigned portfolio of circa 120 files
Managing a caseload of Motor Claims from inception through to settlement
Ensuring the status and progress is within company protocols
You will constantly review files, promptly investigate payment delays and liaise with various third parties during the process of the claim
To collect outstanding debt from insurers
Skills:
Experience in Motor Claims would be beneficial
5 GCSE (including Mathematics and English) or Equivalent
Effective time management ands negotiation skills
Ability to capture a clear logical summary of the given situation
Computer literate
Good communication skills both written and verbal
