A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Claims Negotiator to join an expanding Law Practice. Our Client requires a Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive to take on a caseload of Personal Injury Claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents
Responsibilities:
Dealing with Claimant Personal Injury Claims efficiently
Using diary and case management system, reporting and advising clients
Work in a proactive manner to settle cases in accordance with service level requirements
This role will involves supervision of other team members
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent letter writing skills
Previous experience of running own personal injury caseload
Experience of handling difficult clients on the telephone
LPC or ILEX equivalent
