Motor Claims Negotiators
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £14,000 - £16,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for Motor Claims Negotiators to join a thriving and busy Motor Claims Department in a leading Insurance Brokers. You will be responsible for the settlement of a vast number of claims ensuring accurate negotiation and an efficient and quality service to customers.
This is a fantastic role where you will constantly be provided with technical guidance and support throughout your career.
Responsibilities:
To ensure that claims are handled in the correct technical manner
To provide internal and external communications which are both effective and of sufficient quality so as to achieve a high level of service
To handle allocated workload within the target turnaround times
To ensure the accuracy of all computer data input and that all allocated claims are accurately maintained
To ensure all available recoveries are identified
This will involve settling claims up to their authority limit without referral
Skills:
Provide a high quality of Customer Service with the ability to resolve difficult situations
You must have good numerical, verbal and keyboard skills
Be able to take responsibility for decision making
A positive attitude and willingness to help others
Previous Motor Claims knowledge would be a benefit
