Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team to respond efficiently and courteously to incoming telephone enquiries
Identify and refer any system or procedural errors to the supervisor
Ensure customer database is up to date and accurate
Skills:
Previous call centre experience would be beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a busy environment
Computer Literate
