Personal Injury Case Handler
Location: Bristol
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + Benefits
An Excellent opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Case Handler to join one of the UK top Law Firms Defendant Team. You will be working within a team that deals with a variety of claims including Catastrophic Injuries, Public Liability, Employers Liability and Severe Road Traffic Accidents.

Responsibilities:
Acting as a first point of contact for designated clients
Building relationships with client contacts at all levels
Obtaining and drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, conduct face to face negotiations / mediation of claims, prepare detailed schedules of damage and counter schedules
Skills:
Previous experience of working in the field of motor, casualty and or product liability litigation would be beneficial
Flexible with an ability to adapt to rapid change
Excellent Communication Skills
2 years experience would be beneficial
GCSE and A level or Equivalent
