Legal Advisor
Location: Bristol
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000
An exciting role has arisen for a Legal Advisor to join one the UK top Insurance Companies. You will be required to provide legal advice to both personal and commercial policyholders while ensuring a high level of professionalism. Our Client provides an excellent Benefits package and support for ongoing training.
Flexible shift pattern which at the moment requires working 7 hours a day, 5 days a week between 8am and 10pm
Responsibilities:
To ensure that the department service levels are met by adhering to working practices
To provide a risk management function when giving advice
Research relevant to telephone queries, may be required
Review of documentation for purpose of providing advice may be required
Contributing to the team based approach to providing the service
Some drafting or non call legal work may also be required.
Skills:
An ability to filter out the central issue and provide relevant advice
An aptitude for passing on complex information in a clear and easily digestible style
Good interaction and rapport with policyholder and colleagues
Continual self development
Qualified to practice as a Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive
