Personal Injury Negotiator
Location: Bristol
Salary: £18,000 - £26,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A very successful Personal Injury team has several exciting openings for Personal Injury Negotiators. You will be joining one of the top legal Practices within the South West working within a friendly environment that actively encourages personal development and provides ongoing training.

Responsibilities:
To handle a caseload of Personal Injury claims in accordance with department procedure, policy cover and legal liability
Handle claims from Inception to Settlement
Liaise effectively with solicitors and clients
Dealing with a variety of Personal Injury Claims varying in complexity
Establish Quantum within the litigation procedures
Skills:
You need to be a skilful communicator capable of dealing effectively with contacts on all levels through to Lawyers
Have an understanding of Insurance and Legal terminology
Be able to display an understanding of the Liability claims process
Have the ability to handle Personal Injury claims with minimum supervision
