Solicitor - Restructuring

A new vacancy has arisen for a Restructuring Solicitor to join the restructuring division within an international law firm in the Manchester office. The work ranges from re-organisation and reconstruction, distressed corporate finance, debt restructuring, and refinancing to formal insolvency procedures such as administration, receivership, voluntary arrangements, liquidation and bankruptcy.

Applicants applying for this vacancy will ideally be a contentious restructuring solicitor. You will need to be a strong team player with a commercial hands on approach and likely to be working in a city or leading regional practice.
