Senior Loss Adjuster / Regional Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Loss Adjuster & Regional Manager to work from home and manage a team of Commercial Adjusters operating throughout the Southern regions (Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire & Hampshire) handling commercial and some HNW losses. You will report into the UK Commercial Field Operations Manager and be responsible for the allocation of claims, service levels, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager and/or Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or an Adjuster looking to get into management and you will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice.
