Senior Loss Adjuster / Regional Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Loss Adjuster & Regional Manager to work from home and manage a team of Commercial Adjusters operating throughout the South East regions handling commercial and some HNW losses. You will report into the UK Commercial Field Operations Manager and be responsible for the allocation of claims, service levels, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager and/or Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or an Adjuster looking to get into management and you will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice.
