Family Solicitor

A new vacancy has arisen within an established West Midlands legal practice for a Family/Matrimonial Solicitor to join the office. the team regularly handle a mixed caseload of matters including Divorce, Cohabitation disputes, Pre and post Nuptial agreements, Private Law children applications and Ancillary Relief issues and you will be involved in assisting on the same.

Applicants applying for this vacancy will ideally have 3 years PQE however, candidates with a greater level of PQE than indicated will also be considered for this position. You will have previously held your own caseload and have experience undertaking work involving children and local authorities and be a member of the Law Society's Children's Panel.
