Liability Adjuster

Our client, a market leading, niche Loss Adjusting practice are seeking to add a Liability Adjuster to their team in Scotland to handle a portfolio of EL & PL injury claims on a cradle to grave basis on behalf of a number of instructing principals. Typically, the successful candidate will attend site, interview witnesses, take statements, collate evidence, compile a full, detailed report for Insurers and negotiate liability and quantum as appropriate with third parties. We are seeking an experienced Liability Adjuster with at least five years experience of EL & PL external investigations and handling experience, ideally ACII or ACILA qualified, although this is not essential. This role can accommodate home or office working and full IT / secretarial support will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to join a burgeoning company with good prospects.
