One of the largest Chartered Accountancy practices in the North West, our client has a well-established IFA division offering high quality financial planning advice to their personal and corporate clients. Following ongoing growth they now require an additional adviser to work from their Preston office.
The position will entail building strong working relationships with the firm’s accountancy partners in order to develop ongoing leads, whilst also dealing with existing clients. Candidates will also be expected to develop their own leads through referrals and networking.
Given the range of clients dealt with, applicants will be expected to have excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection (personal and corporate) alongside issues such as tax mitigation. Candidates will have a demonstrable track record of success as a financial planner, preferably in an independent environment, although top performers from a multi-tied/banking background will also be considered.
Applicants will be Diploma qualified and preferably be currently working within the industry in a very similar capacity.
