Our client, an established Merchant Bank with presence across the UK and an outstanding reputation for their investment portfolio management proposition, is currently looking to recruit a fund administration manager to their Cheshire operation.
The main remit of the role is to manage all fund administration activities covering a range of discretionary and specialist funds, alongside managing the service delivered from outside providers.
The position will involve building and managing a team of fund administrators and requires any applicant to have experience within fund administration (custody, accounting and transfer agency experience is preferred), a background managing teams within investment management and experience of communicating effectively with different divisions within the business. Whilst Cheshire based the successful incumbent will be expected to travel to London for regular meetings.
Qualifications such as the IMC or IOC (previously IAQ) would be advantageous.
