Salary: £24,000 - £31,000

Are you looking for a new challenge within the Legal market and have experience of managing a caseload of Personal Injury files from inception through to completion? We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Litigator to take full control of their own caseload while working for one of the South West's leading Legal practices that provides the opportunity to progress your skills and career.

You will have the freedom to settle your own cases consisting of fast -track and multi - track how you see fit and turn to supervisors to help resolve complex matters.


Responsibilities:

To progress personal injury cases in a timely manner to a satisfactory conclusion for the client
To be capable of successfully handling a mixed caseload of liability and quantum disputes both pre and post issue
To be able to litigate a caseload successfully
Confident in undertaking Court hearings and to be competent in core legal skills including drafting, negotiation and advocacy
Demonstrate sound knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, appropriate Protocols and the Court process
Exposure to non RTA matters and ability to undertake such work with some supervision
Willingness to undertake development to achieve further or professional qualification
Ability to handle higher value claims

Some knowledge of employers liability or public liability claims desirable
