Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Truro
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000
Our client is looking to recruit a senior solicitor to join their commercial property team, Working for a top legal 500 firm this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial lawyer with the experience and desire to further their career within the commercial unit.
Responsibilities:
Making significant contribution to the overall work of the commercial property team Providing support to the Team Leader and playing a considerable role in the growth and development of the unit and team.
Skills:
Excellent technical knowledge of a broad range of commercial property law
Successful working history within business development and marketing activities, including developing and leading strategies and action plans for building and growing a practice area
Experienced developing and maintaining professional and effective client relationships
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Capability to flourish within a team environment
Able to work in partnership and work effectively with other colleagues internally, both within the wider team and across all practice areas
Previous experience of team supervision and/or management of others
Potential to lead trainees/paralegals and prospective experience to lead a team would be a distinctive advantage
Experience of and authentic awareness in Agricultural Law and developing Agricultural based clients, whilst not vital would be a distinct benefit
