Personal Lines Account Handler
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
Location: Chelmsford
We currently have an opportunity for a Personal Lines Account Handler to join one of the Insurance Markets leading Independent Insurance Brokers. As the Personal Lines Account Handler you will be responsible servicing and administering our clients' insurance requirements in a timely, technically accurate and cost effective way.
Responsibilities
Providing Broking services to clients and advising on Personal Lines Insurance policies
Liaising with Insurance providers to provide instruction
Collate and prepare reports for the client and the Insurer market
Develop existing client portfolio to include additional covers
Handle invoicing of premiums due and maintaining effective credit control
Deal with renewal, mid-term adjustments and new business
Develop and maintain positive ongoing relationships with Insurers
Skills
Previous experience within the Insurance Industry within a Personal Lines Insurance
Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, customer focussed environment
Excellent communication skills
