Willis & Probate Locum

A new vacancy has arisen within an established midlands legal practice for a 5 year PQE Locum to join the office in Birmingham. The assignment will be for a period of up to 3 months. The company has a full service offering and on joining you will be involved in advising on the full spectrum of private client matters.

Applicants will ideally be 5 years PQE however candidates with a greater level of PQE than indicated will also be considered for this position. Preference will be given to applicants with the STEP qualification, and membership of SFE is desirable. Experience is required in all aspects of Probate, intestacy, Wills, Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney and Trusts.
