Employment Solicitor - Partner/ Associate

This leading regional practice in Cambridgeshire is looking to recruit a senior solicitor (Partner/Associate) to join the Employment Team. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including advising a range of clients on all aspects of employment law; assisting junior fee earners within the team on various employment matters; attending employment tribunals and other hearings including conducting advocacy where required. The role will also require solid business development skills including marketing the department.

Applicants applying for this vacancy will have a solid background and a track record of working within a specialist employment department/team ideally with a large regional/national law firm. Applicants will possess a good technical knowledge and experience of employment law, be able to deal with standard employment matters independently and complex matters with minimal supervision.
