Manchester based insurer has a requirement for an Insurance Sales Advisor to join their team and be responsible for promoting new and existing personal lines products.

Expanding insurance company based in Manchester has an exciting opening for an Insurance Sales Advisor. The successful job holder will be a key point of contact in providing a comprehensive service to customers, including the promotion of core products and the introduction and promotion of new products. The Insurance Sales Advisor will also solve and action customer enquiries and respond to requests for information. You will be required to communicate predominantly via telephone but also email and via the Internet. You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the full range of available brands, handle new and existing business calls and address customer enquiries.

Candidates must have proven experience in a sales focussed contact centre or retail environment and have outstanding personal drive to ensure that personal and departmental objectives are achieved and customer expectations are met. You will have effective communication skills, a positive attitude and strive to continually improve your performance against all targets.
