Claims Administrator
Salary: £15,000- £15,500
Location: Milton Keynes
Our Client has an exciting opportunity for a claims administrator. The successful professional will be responsible for carrying out claims administration duties as directed by the team managers and under the guidance of the claims handlers. This is a great opportunity for some one who has good organisational skills to develop their administrative experience and join a respectable claims Management Company.
Responsibilities
Responsible for registering Personal Injury claims with CRU and maintaining up to date certificates
Correcting cost code errors
Maintaining an up to date Documents Tab
Preparing document bundles for litigation
Making routine client information requests
Provide administrative cover for filers when required during period of holiday/sickness absence.
Maintaining an up to date situation on client information portals
Meeting service level compliance within area of responsibility
Handling department queries (as directed)
