Industrial Disease Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Our Client is a Legal 500 firm who are looking for exceptional Personal Injury Solicitors or Legal Executives to join their Industrial Disease Team. This firm has expanded over the years and has seen healthy growth over the recent months. They can provide successful applicants with a competitive salary and development within a reputable firm.
Responsibilities:
Handling industrial disease files including deafness and Asbestosis
Managing and monitoring a complex caseload
Ability to manage own targets in respect of outcome and acting in the best result for your clients
Reporting to Team Leaders with the ability to work alone whilst becoming a key team member within the industrial disease team
Skills
3-4 years PQE within Personal Injury with a particular focus on Industrial Disease claims including deafness and Asbestosis
Ability to measure liability and quantum
Excellent academic background and or achievements from a proven track record
Ability to build relationships for new business development and excellent interpersonal skills
Also key to this role is the ability to work to tight deadlines, good computer and keyboard skills and the ability to prioritise and organise your workload
