Claims Team Manager
Location: Brighton
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Loss Adjusting practice as the desktop Claims Team Manager. You will be required to Lead and develop the FNOL and technical team based out of the Brighton office. The ideal Candidate will have a solid understanding of FNOL and Domestic Household claims.
Responsibilities
Leadership and development of a FNOL appointments team consisting of 4 technicians
Leadership and development of one of the Clients Desk top team consisting of 6 claim technicians handling domestic household claims < £10k.
You will be required to forecast monthly targets and ensuring delivery against targets
Assisting with departmental planning and policy
Formulating strategic plans, aims and objectives for the team
Reviewing areas of growth within the team to ensure maximum productivity and profit
Skills
A solid understanding of the Claims Industry
Insurance qualifications (CII or CILA) desirable
Ability to represent the team/company with good sound presentation skills
Good communication/Interpersonal skills are essential
