As a result of business expansion and internal promotion this market leading insurance organisation are looking for an additional member of staff to head up the Underwriting functions and Operational Management.
Working closely with the Managing Director you will sit on the Board to deliver and exceed strategy for the business. The successful candidate will be one of the key decision makers and have overall responsibility for areas of the business such as Underwriting , Staff Management, IT, Claims, Compliance, Technical support, Service Delivery, Product Development and Business Services. The ideal applicant will have a thorough understanding of Commercial Underwriting, be able to effectively manage and monitor team performance and ideally have previous Operational Management experience.
Salary £40,000 - £45,000. Additional benefits include a car allowance £400 per month (healthcare, DIS, PHI, holidays etc to be agreed at offer stage)
