Our client, a leading National Broker is currently looking to recruit a Commercial Insurance Executive based in or around the Milton Keynes & Luton area to join their existing Commercial insurance division to develop a portfolio of new clients to achieve profitable business growth.
Reporting into the regional development director, the successful candidate will contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of team strategy and operational plans while identifying and developing commercial new business opportunities to achieve budget, and facilitate out of scope business opportunities.
You will be required to monitor prospective client/competitor/market developments and provide relevant updates and reports, while consistently delivering on-target activity levels, meeting brokerage targets and developing and maintaining a high quality sales pipeline.
