Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 including Benefits

Responsibilities
To manage a caseload of claims from inception through to settlement
Negotiate settlements to a mutually agreed outcome
Liaising with third party insurers and customers
Maintain accurate customer records
Skills
Previous insurance claims experience would be beneficial
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Able to work in a team environment
