Personal Injury Case Negotiator
Location: Bristol
Salary: £17,000 - £22,000 + Benefits & Bonus
This is a great opportunity for a Personal Injury Paralegal / Claims Handler to join one of Bristol Leading Law firm. This is an exciting time as the team is going through rapid growth and seeking candidates who they can develop. You will be working with the Road Traffic Accident division working cases from Inception through to settlement.
Applicants must have previous experience progressing cases from either a Law practice or an Insurance background.
Responsibilities:
Take initial instruction from clients and work the case through to completion
Work along side In-house Solicitors
Gather Medical evidence
Work non-contested files
Skills:
GCSE in Mathematics and English, A levels or equivalent would be beneficial
Some Personal Injury Case handling experience would be beneficial
Good Communication skills
