Fraud Investigation – PI Team
Location: Bristol
Salary: £17,000 - £25,000 D.O.E
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Fraud investigator to join one of the UK leading insurance companies Personal Injury Team. This is a desk based role working on complex Personal Injury claims deemed to be fraudulent up to a value of £300,000.
Our client provides full funding towards accredited qualification such as ACII and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Manage an allocation of cases, from assessment through to a conclusion
Investigate by conducting preliminary and Cognitive telephone interviews of Customers, witnesses and third parties, to establish any potential fraud
Act as a referral point for Personal Injury claims handlers within the department on potential fraud issues
Skills:
Possess excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written skills are required
6 months fraud handling experience would be beneficial
