The Job/Duties
Manage the relationship with a number of key brokers based in the South West and South Wales, ensuring sales are maximised.
You will be a key member of the management team.
Enhancing the company’s standing and presence locally by establishing and maintaining strong personal relationships with key directors and staff at the Region’s most important brokers.
Maintain personal knowledge of relevant technical issues.
Contribute to the technical knowledge of the Company by feeding back technical and commercial market intelligence to the team.
Work collaboratively with other parts of the organisation, especially the claims and survey teams, when required.

The Person
You will already have a proven track record of success gained in a frontline broker development or direct business to business sales role, in a commercial insurance environment.
You will have the ability to establish and develop high-level business relationships and be confident in your own ability.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Professional Qualifications
ACII qualification or significant progression towards would be an advantage, however a willingness to achieve professional standing is important
