A well established and highly reputable independent commercial insurance specialist is looking to appoint a proven Commercial Account Executive or Development Underwriter to be an integral part of their succession planning, and to spearhead their expansion plans in the Wholesale Market.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for prospecting and securing new Commercial Insurance business via Independent Brokers requiring the services of a Lloyds Broker.
You will have access to a proven broking team with excellent relationships in the London Market, and a varied range of competitive and innovative scheme based products.
You will be part of a co-ordinated marketing approach and will benefit from administrative and technical support.
You will be responsible for managing and developing broker connections, ensuring sales are maximised and renewals secured.
As a senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the strategy and approach of the Company.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Experience of developing broker connections and/or direct commercial clients.
You will need to have an in-depth knowledge of all commercial insurance classes as well as a working knowledge of your responsibilities under FSA rules.
You will have excellent negotiation and customer facing skills, motivation and drive and above all professionalism in the way you work.
Salary/Benefits Information:
