Job Purpose:
To support the delivery of a first class quality experience to all of our Clients customers and support the achievement of exceptional Business performance through the delivery, and embedding, of specific induction, product, technical, service & skills training to all staff within Our Clients Direct Mortgages (BDM) in Direct Channels
Deliver training, coaching & development to meet the Direct Channels Business requirements nationally and support Direct Channels goals.
Key Accountabilities:
Build effective relationships within the business to support the work of the team and understand business goals.
Provide learning expertise to other areas/projects as agreed by the Head of Learning
When required, contribute to the training design process
Identify course improvements and changes, and feedback through the appropriate channels
Deliver training events and interventions to our Clients Direct Mortgages(BDM) employees to equip them to sell mortgages and other Regulated Products
Delivering of ‘in life’ training e.g. management training, and product training to support new product launches
Group lead and facilitate events.
Undertake assessments during training (as determined in materials) and provide feedback to Team Leaders/ Academy Coaches on suitable course of action for those not at benchmark
Work with other Trainers to share ideas, best practice and ensure consistency of experience
Deliver candidate feedback and manage/resolve any resulting candidate issues.

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Regulatory Framework
Experience of delivering service/sales/value/ performance training
Knowledge of different training techniques and learning styles
Good knowledge of training evaluation methods
