Trainee Sales Manager
Salary: £15,000 - £19,000 + Benefits
Location: Rhondda - Mid Glamorgan
An excellent opportunity has arisen for target driven, ambitious sales executives to join a leading Insurance Broker as Trainee Sales Managers. Your role will be to generate high quality sales conversions whilst taking on additional responsibilities as your managerial skills develop.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the sales manager to ensure company targets are achieved
Dealing with customer queries both over the phone and face to face
Provide detailed explanations as to the insurance products that are available to customers
Cross-selling of additional cover and products where possible
Invite, chase and process renewals
Show a desire to learn and develop your career
Skills:
A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Previous experience in the Insurance Industry would be beneficial
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Well organised and able to work in a pressurised environment
