About the Company:
A leading composite insurance broker with a national presence is looking to recruit an individual to join an established team responsible for a niche commercial insurance product, in a newly created role.
Fantastic opportunity to move from personal lines or claims into a commercial broking environment, where you will be provided with full product training and support with gaining professional qualifications.
About the Role:
Responsible for the account management of the insurance portfolios of small to medium sized businesses paying premiums of up to £10,000 per annum.
Ensuring renewals are retained and income maximized, whilst ensuring that you are providing exemplary customer service.
Dealing with mid term adjustments and general client enquiries over the telephone and through written correspondence.
Providing a full broking service through negotiations with Insurers, and administering a specialist scheme under a delegated authority.
Providing broking support to the sales team.
Working closely with the Account Directors on renewals and new business.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Insurance experience in any sector; ie. claims, personal lines
At least 5 GCSE’s of grade C or above
Professional Qualifications Required:
None, although you must be prepared to commence study towards CII qualifications. In return for which full support will be provided.
Salary/Benefits Information:
Up to £18,000 per annum
