An opportunity has arisen within a Retail business for the position of Retail Compliance Officer.
The purpose of the role is to promote and monitor compliant sales throughout the retail sector embedding Treating Customers Fairly policy and assisting the Head of Compliance and Retail Monitoring in co-ordinating approaches to compliance throughout the business.
Skills:
Develop and manage risk based TCF register of retailers, identifying regulated areas for review and improvement.
Ensure annual and quarterly TCF store visit logs are completed for review and development
Review TCF register quarterly against MI KPI's and make appropriate recommendations to increase retailers' levels of supervision
To assist in the production of the quarterly risk based monitoring programme of all regulated activities undertaken.
Liase with appointed representatives such as FSA, ASA, DPA and other regulatory matters as they arise.
