As part of this success, a new direct channel has been established which will be involved in the sales and development of SME and small commercial insurance products direct to the market.
Huge growth is required in 2008 and in order to start implementing plans and recruiting staff to be part of this new venture, senior management and management infrastructure needs to be in place in order for this to happen.

You will be working in a complex, multi-product start-up business, with an empowered role in the absence of an established infrastructure.
The role involves responding effectively to customer telephone enquiries, maximising sales conversion opportunities and to identify additional opportunities to cross sell other company Commercial Direct products
Specialist Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Ideally you will have a proven track record of converting inbound sales enquiries for either personal lines or commercial insurance products
Previous customer service experience
Educated to GCSE median level
Good product and technical knowledge within chosen field
Good communications skills (both written and verbal)
Good listening skills
Computer literate with quick and accurate keyboard skills
The ability to work as part of a team
Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Proven ability to learn and retain knowledge on products, systems and processes
Flexible and adaptable to the demands of a new call centre
Takes initiative to prompt ideas for continuous improvement
