Liability Adjuster
Salary: £20,000 - £30,000
Location: County Durham
A market leading Specialist Loss Adjuster it seeking an individual specialising in Liability Adjusting to join their expanding organisation. You will be responsible for managing a case load of employer and public liability claims, identifying liability and providing support to clients on claims issues.

Responsibilities
Evaluate evidence and identify any potentially fraudulent areas of each claim
Effectively handle and negotiate a caseload of commercial claims within a specified timeframe
Develop strong business relationships with key clients and Insurers
Provide in depth, comprehensive reports into each case
Maintain frequent communication with all parties involved in each investigation, to assist in providing an unrivalled service to all clients
Skills
Experience in Liability Adjusting is essential
Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of the Principals of Insurance
Have an in depth knowledge of the various insurance and legal legislations associated with Personal Injury, Employer Liability and Public Liability
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Capable of assimilating complex issues
Computer Literate
