Description:

Receipt of paperwork from IFA/Product Partners/White Label Partners
Checking paperwork for full and accurate completion
Inputting client set-up, transfer details and information to the system
Submission of transfer documentation to appropriate external party
Monitoring of transfer progress and pro-active liaison with external parties/IFAs and any other relevant contacts
Processing of transfer confirmation documentation and post-transfer liaison with IFAs
Handling general client/IFA enquiries
Taking on any ad-hoc projects


Skills:

Previous experience in Fund Administration
A good understanding of investment products, ISA/PEP
Excellent customer service
PC Literacy and Internet skills
A team player
Good Communication Skills
Confident Manner
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
positive attitude and remains focused
