Your prime responsibility is to advise medical professionals typically earning £80,000 to £300,000 on all aspects of their financial needs. You will be provided with a client bank and benefit from an exclusive territory with access to several Grade A hospitals with responsibility for their development and expansion. To enhance your reputation in this area you will also benefit from a product range that is tailor made to the market requirements and being based from home a support service that ensures your time is spent advising. Training will be provided not only on product matters but also on specific medical issues that will reflect on individual business decisions, allowing you to adapt your sales technique accordingly.
Due to regulatory restrictions applicants must hold the full Financial Planning Certificate and CAS status, you will need to demonstrate a successful track record and be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to build relationships with medical professionals whilst remaining business focused to ensure targets are achieved.
Rewarded with a basic salary of £35,500 plus car and benefits with expected OTE in the region of £65,000 in the first year, thereafter the sky is the limit with no ceiling on future earnings.
