Job Details:
Researches product details and technical issues to provide appropriate recommendations to fee earners and/or Assistant Managers
Prepares reports and letters providing advice in accordance with the Firm's standards and compliance guidelines
Maintains client information accurately on financial planning software
Maintains client and firm's files in a well presented, accurate and compliant manner
Best advice panels and the procedure for off-panel recommendations
Attends training courses as identified in order to develop both technical and personal skills and keeps records for CPD purposes
Adheres to the Firm's risk management policies
Takes responsibility for assigned areas, including having own work reviewed and works to time and budget
Maintain assignment files and identifies key issues early to discuss with consultants
Carries out any other duties to meet with the needs of the business
Skills:
You must be FPC/CF Qualified
Ideally you must be working towards your AFPC
You must have had up to date experience of being a Senior Administrator/Paraplanner
Benefits:
37.5 hours per week (8.30 am or 9.00 am to 5.00 pm or 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch)
24 days including public holidays, after 5 years service increases by 1 day per year to a maximum of x days.
