Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 Benefits

Your role will be to underwrite commercial risks achieving profitable growth in line with company and branch objectives. Responsibilities:
Underwrite new and existing business profitability, accurately and in line with established Underwriting practice
Maintain and develop business relationships with intermediaries
Actively encourage generation of profitable new business
Develop, assist and coach colleagues with technical and procedural aspects of underwriting, as required
Skills:
Strong technical experience within a Commercial Underwriting environment is required
Previous management or team leader experience within a commercial insurance environment
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Technical product knowledge
Computer Literate
