Branch Assistant
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

You will be responsible for handling day to day insurance queries from members of the general public, providing a professional service whilst maximising on sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
Deal with members of the general public over the phone and face to face
Uphold the organisations professional reputation through an unrivalled level of customer service, professional appearance and manner
Identify opportunities to sell suitable insurance policies on the strength of your personality as apposed to hard sales tactics
Develop relationships with new, existing and potential customers
Display an eagerness to learn, develop and further your career
Willingness to work towards industry qualifications
Skills
A strong back ground in customer service, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets is essential
Experience in the Insurance Industry would be beneficial, but not critical as full training will be provided
Able to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds and cultures
Able to work in a team and target driven environment
